WHAT DO I DO IF I LOSE MY CARD?
If you lose your card or it becomes damaged you can contact PAUL UK to order a new
one. We’ll cancel your old card and issue you a new one transferring all your points
to your new account. Your new card will arrive within 5-7 working days.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS / DETAILS?
Login to your PAUL UK Account and you can manage all your account details at www.paul-uk-loyalty/Register.aspx.
HOW WILL PAUL UK COMMUNICATE WITH ME?
If you chose not to receive discounts and special offers, we will be unable to send
you product information on discounts and special offers. However, you can change
your details online: Login in to my account to change your contact preferences.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY CARD DOESN’T ARRIVE?
If your card has not arrived after 14 days, please use the contact details below
to inform us that you have not received your card.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY CARD BALANCE?
To check your card balance, please login to your account for a balance update. Your
card balance is updated immediately.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY CARD IF I DO NOT USE IT?
We are entitled to cancel your PAUL UK loyalty card if you do not use your card
for a period of 12 months or more.
I NO LONGER WANT TO BE A PART OF THE SCHEME – WHAT DO I DO?
If you no longer want to be a part of the PAUL UK loyalty scheme, please contact
PAUL UK via email and we will arrange for the account to be closed in accordance
with the Terms and Conditions of the card.
